Acceptance of Terms
By using Berger Directory or submitting a website for inclusion, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Member Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when signing up and submitting your site
- Keep your website URL and badge page URL up to date
- Install and maintain the webring badge on your site after approval
- Respond to moderation requests in a timely manner
- Be respectful to other members of the community
Content Guidelines
Submitted websites must:
- Be actively maintained and accessible
- Not contain malware, phishing, or malicious code
- Not promote hate speech, harassment, or illegal content
- Not be primarily commercial or spam-oriented
- Demonstrate a genuine retro, Y2K, or creative web aesthetic
Badge Installation
Approval is conditional on installing the Berger Directory webring badge on your website. The badge must link back to the directory and be visible to visitors. If the badge is removed or becomes inaccessible, your listing may be marked as inactive or removed from the directory.
Moderation
All submissions are reviewed by our moderation team before being listed. We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet our guidelines. We also reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms after approval, with or without notice.
Featured Listings
Featured member status is at the discretion of the Berger Directory team. There is no guaranteed method to become featured. Featured status may be revoked at any time.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
